Compiling compact dex converter for linux ARM #67

Hey,
Is there an easy way to statically compile the Compact Dex Converter for Linux (Ubuntu 16.04) on ARM 64?

Because it should be compiled with the AOSP ART using ndk-build and it seems that there's no Android SDK for ARM

Is there maybe another solution?
