SUMMARY

Create new mongodb_automerger module. This can probably be based on the mongodb_balancer module. Should have enable, disable, start and stop capabilities. See docs.... https://www.mongodb.com/docs/upcoming/release-notes/7.0/#the-automerger

Needs comlete integration tests.
