Migration to latest molecule version

SUMMARY

The version of molecule used and very old and should be updated to continue testing the roles in this collection. The following workflow, and all relevant resources, need to be migrated to the newest version of molecule.

The latest version is 24.6.0 and is presumably very different from the old version currently used....
