Restore loop the pods of restore<instance>-db-management even when the restore is complete.

Bug Summary

When i restore a backup using the CDR "Restore" the pod db management of restore bootloop each 3-4 min and try to restore each time.
I found a bypass by reducing the deployment of operator to 0 when the pod is doing the postgresql restore and delete the restore CDR. When boot operator the restore finally resume the restore.

I launch the backup CRD and watch the restore container and wait until it die. Once it died i'll set the awx-operator-controller deployment to 0 and delete the backup CRD. Once the backup CDR is deleted, i restore the deployment of awx-operator-controller to 1. If awx-operator or a db-management container respawn before i delete the backup CDR, i kill the container.

I found that the database is correctly restored the first time so the trick is to stop the backup job completly after the first restore.
awx-operator will found the AWX CDR and the restored db container so it will finally start the instance correctly.
