Provide a official molecule github action

Now that there are github actions from ansible and ansible-community for ansible-test, ansible-lint, etc. available it would be great if there was also a official molecule action.

The ansible/ansible-test action could be used as an example to base the molecule action on.

Unless molecule could somehow be executed with ansible-test?

Apologies if this has been discussed before, I didn't find anything on the subject.
