It looks like right now, we can select 1 platform when running molecule. It would be nice to select N.
My use case for this is mainly for testing in CI (GitHub Actions for example). I am running molecule tests on 11 platforms and that is enough to cause an Out of space error. It would be good to allow us to limit the number of platforms to run either by:
letting us specify a list of platforms to use OR
a new flag that sets the max number of platforms to run in parallel
