Is there a data dictionary or description of fields and data that can help interpretation and future modeling?

First, I recommend to use the JSON formatted dataset which is now also included in the dataset. This JSON formatted dataset should be rather easy to import in your experiments. Second, I will make a schema of dataset which I will include on the main Github page of this repository. I'll look into this sometime this weekend.
