Alexa Skill - Short Hello World Example (Node.js)

This is a short Alexa hello world example. Helps you get started because Amazon's example is too long.

How to use

Define the intents called get_address and get_email in your Alexa designer. Those intents will trigger the messages that you can see in the code.
