No affixes applied to words in custom dictionary

Current Behavior

Add a custom word to the dictionary by typing something that isn't a word, then right clicking and clicking Add to dictionary. When you type the word with 's appended to the end, the word is marked as wrongly spelt.

Expected Behavior

Only the base word should be needed to be added to the custom dictionary, affixes like 's should clear the spellcheck.

Which word in which language do you refer to? We use Electron built-in spell-check with Hunspell affix dictionaries so we do not have control over how they work: https://www.electronjs.org/docs/latest/tutorial/spellchecker

I don't know enough about Electron or spellchecking to describe it exactly, but see the attached video

Unrelated, but I was looking to remove "testword" from my custom dictionary and there's no way to do that, might be cool to have a way to do so
