Make it easier to find tasks in Grid view

Description

Following up on #32179. In large DAGs it is hard to find a specific task in the grid view.

A user should be able to go from the default topological sort to alphabetical, via the UI.

We should add a quick search box to filter the tasks in the grid view by name.

We're having a few issues with the grid view right now. I am not sure if this as easy as it was when I first wrote this.
