[Deadline Alerts] Request: Allow using a Variable for the Interval #63852

I have collected user requests from various talks and meetups and now that Deadline Alerts are hitting GA, I am going to be dropping them into Issues so folks can pick them up.
User request: Can we use an Airflow Variable as the interval so they can be adjusted easily across many Dags
Assignment: Investigate if we can and determine how feasible it would be. This may be trivial or it may be a big lift.
