Feature: helm chart

It would be ideal to have an Helm Chart to install Karavan on Kubernetes. Happy to contribute.

Before I start working on this, I wanted to cross check everyone agrees on the following:

• This feature will add a charts folder on the root of this project
• The Helm chart files will be stored in this repository, together with the code.
• The repository can be added using helm repo add camel-karavan https://github.com/apache/camel-karavan

We are already providing helm chart for camel k https://artifacthub.io/packages/helm/camel-k/camel-k

So we could do something similar.
