Lack of Label Configuration Indication

Description:

When a user creates an asset and no labels are configured, it is unclear that labels need to be created first. Currently, an input field is shown where the user can add text, but there is no indication that labels must be configured beforehand.

Expected Behavior:

An indication or message should be displayed to inform the user that labels must be created before they can be used.
