In current code both flow callout-Name and shared flow-Name refers the same.
Any Reference input file for defining FaultRules and Post Client Flow will be helpful.
Couldn't add policies in FaultRules and Post Client Flow.

Working on providing an example of faultrules and postclient flow.. Regarding the flow callout-Name and shared flow-Name, can you explain the issue there in more detail?
