CLI mode

So .. the idea is this, we have CLI that's kind of like `node debug` but enhanced with the visual goodies we currently have in the TUI (e.g. tree rendering etc.)

This gives us a combined CLI-TUI experience -. traditional scrolling terminal, command line input + interactive output
