Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
As of v1.0.7, delta takes files as is and makes a deal for them. This means that the user needs to do the file aggregation before uploading the archived/aggregated file to Delta.

Describe the solution you'd like
Create an aggregation plugin to enable delta to aggregate small files and make deals for each.
