Zaokrąglenie w 1/10 to round.
Zaokrąglenie wszystkich pozostałych to ceil.

Musi to być ujednolicone z rodzajem zaokrąglania w całym systemie.

Wartości 1/10 nie będzie w systemie. Poprzestajemy na łatwych do wyliczenia 0, 1/8, 1/4, 1/2, 1, 1,5, 2,0, 2,5, 3,0.
