Allow opening more than one file (macos)

That's a good feature to be able to open multiple instances of FIX Log Viewer. I will add it in a future release.

A workaround is to start it from the command line on MacOS:

open -n -a "Fix Log Viewer"

You can run this command several times to create multiple instances of FIX Log Viewer.
