I’m trying to get a definitive answer if “kube-bench” software works with Fargate. I’ve read that since the EKS cluster in Fargate is managed by AWS, than Kube-bench isn’t needed.
When I launch a kube-bench pod in my Fargate cluster it’s stuck in “Pending” with the following warning from the scheduler:
"Pod not supported on Fargate: fields not supported: HostPID, volumes not supported: var-lib-kubelet is of an unsupported volume Type, etc-systemd is of an unsupported volume Type, etc-kubernetes is of an unsupported volume Type"
