Add a function to archive MAPS

The idea is to create a function to archive MAPS in a good way. The function will remove (heavy) files we can recreate easily, like predict input and output tensors, and compress what's left. For that, some informations need to be previously save to recreate this files (maybe create a new file in MAPS structure ?)
And so create another function to do the opposite (Extract and recreate missing files )
