Describe the bug
If you get disconnected from a server (or the server dies), the client remains usable. You can still scroll through the message history and all. However, pressing Ctrl+C will hang the client, forcing you to send a SIGINT from somewhere else to escape.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Run a local arbor server
  2. Connect to that server with muscadine muscadine localhost:7777
  3. Kill the server
  4. Try to exit muscadine

Expected behavior
Muscadine should still be able to quit under these circumstances.

Desktop (please complete the following information):

  • OS: Ubuntu 18.04
  • Version Muscadine 11718b7be930a21f62beec9fdc30f8620eb41389-modified
