Describe the problem you discovered

A user encountered an error while sending tokens. The wallet immediately displayed an error after the user confirmed the transaction. However, the transaction was successfully processed, and the blockchain validated it.

The user did not see the error message and, unaware that the first transaction had gone through, attempted to send it again. Unfortunately, this resulted in a second transaction being sent.

The blockchain logs show that the transaction was confirmed within 10 seconds, so no issue BC side
