Add a main menu

When the client/debug tool is started, it needs to show a main menu where the developer will be able to choose the protocol (bedrock/racknet, Java), a username/email and, if not in offline mode, a password.

For now, only the GUI is required, the network logic will be added with the network handler (#1)
