Hello. I respectfully request the restoration of my Library Manager submission privileges.

I acknowledge that I previously failed to precisely follow the instructions. I apologize for the additional burden this caused to the maintainers and the project.

I now fully understand the submission rules and the importance of following instructions exactly. If my privileges are restored, I will strictly follow all requirements, including:

• submitting only a single release request per version,
• not opening unnecessary or duplicate issues,
• avoiding repeated comments or mentions,
• carefully reading and following documentation before submitting.

I apologize again for my earlier mistakes and I appreciate your patience.

Since you have repeatedly failed to follow the instructions, your registry privileges have now been permanently revoked. We will not consider any further requests for restoration of privileges. You will need to distribute your libraries without the use of Library Manager.
