Tasmota on ESP32-S3: Blocking, when "Connect failed with AP timeout"

When Tasmota can not connect to Wifi AP (for some reason, e.g. timeout), it blocks the execution of rules partially.
Some rules are executed, others not.
How can I set, how often Tasmota tries to connect to Wifi AP?
I would like that after XX tries, it stops trying to connect and proceeds w/o Wifi.

Thank you for your answer,
but I do not compile Tasmota by myself. I just use a binary out of the box.
