Feature: Command Buffer

As in https://friflo.gitbook.io/friflo.engine.ecs/documentation/query#commandbuffer. This allows to accumulate operations and fire them all together at a specific deferred time. Seems a nice feature to me, though I'm not sure if there is a particularly performant implementation for this. Yes, exactly the performance issue is why I decided to not provide this feature. IMO defering these operations to after query iteration is simple enough, and users can implement this more efficiently as they only need to provide/store the information that is actually required.

Further, I think it is more clear what happens when if users do that explicitly.

To solve the performance issues we could maybe add some parameters to the command buffer and treat it as a resource e.g.
let's say you just want to add a certain component for certain entities, you could have a CommandBuffer{add_components, T} so that everything is type stable. More the kind of operations are mixed more the performance will degrade but this would be expected.
