How to write a plugin

Hi!

Got some free time and fancy helping out on this project? Here is the basic process:

• determine which plugin you'd like to support. either:
  • run stailwc in strict mode (by passing the strict parameter to the plugin config in next.config.js)
  • run the snapshot tests to determine which plugins fail: cargo test -- --ignored 2> parse_fails.log
• add support for parsing that plugin by adding it to the plugin enum
