Module 2

On "Welcome" page the left hand bar indicates Module 1. Switching to any other page (e,g. Basics of SIR Models) reverts to Module 2. _quarto.yml is updated. Not sure if this is a cache issue or text needs to be changed somewhere else.

@matthewferrari Correct - when this happens it's because I've set up caching to reduce the computational cost of rebuilding the website. To ignore the cache, use quarto render --cache-refresh in the terminal (in the root of the project directory on your machine). This ignores the html cache, as well as plot outputs, but does not skip any expensive code chunks e.g., the optimization. To do that you need to delete the _freeze directories, or just render the specific *.qmd file in question (see here).
