Background

If weather file pattern is not specified the default is that the full file list gets downloaded....This is particularly dangerous within the use under templates.

In addition, no option to 'delete all' or clean local file folder from all weather files.

Proposed solution

Change the default for weather subcommand download and add a feature to delete all local weather files.
