Do you have a translation tool such as https://www.getlocalization.com/ or http://pootle.translatehouse.org/ ?

Nope, we don't have any tools for translations.

Actually, we have (some translators contacted me and suggested different online tools), but none of them synchronized with repository.

Hmm, poeditor is limited to 1000 strings in total (that would be 10*languages as of today). Mainly their github integration is not awesome (it's ok for the import, I don't think you can export).

I've just tested lingohub, and it's a very nice product https://translate.lingohub.com/regisd/wail/resources
Once link with github, you can pull the strings.xml and push the translated output. I think this makes the translation workflow very easy.
