I'd love to migrate the dygraphs issue tracker (https://code.google.com/p/dygraphs/issues/list) to its github repo (https://github.com/danvk/dygraphs). But I use the stars in the issue tracker to prioritize bugs, and I wouldn't want to lose years worth of prioritization data. Can the migrator support stars?
