Feature request:

After the first CHECK round, re-run CHECK round for all chunks that have not been marked as needing a FIX round.
This should help avoid any gaming of the system where a Turker can continuously click Submit without doing any work, invalidating any legitimate Turker's work.

Could tie into to-do list item Pay Turkers based on whether their Fixed HIT was Verified by the next Turker
