Feature request: Qualification tracking
Requires user to pass qualification ID for tracking on AMT

Track transcript completion and worker accuracy by calculating:

• Number of incorrect words marked by CHECK that were not FIXed and re-CHECKed - previous CHECK gets marked down for false positive(s)
• Number of incorrect words marked by CHECK that were fixed and re-CHECKed - checks FIX round ability
• Calculate error : OK ratio, and pass back to Qualification ID for that worker in AMT

Adding a Qualification requirement for this ID above, say 90, then requires only a change in the hit creation script and no requirement for storage of Worker IDs, only temporarily while the job is processing.
