Weather app needs Latitude, Longitude data to fetch weather information.

Grab geolocation using crate
- https://docs.rs/geolocation/latest/geolocation
Use zip code to get geo location
- https://docs.rs/postcode/latest/postcode

Save Geo-locationd data primarily:

Latitude
Longitude
Zip Code
public IP if available
