Correct native sizes & module target info

Summary

SIZE_T_TYPE is initialized twice (host-sized and then forcibly 64-bit). That can miscompile on 32-bit or cross targets. Also the module lacks target triple/data layout from the target machine.

Hello @yuvimittal
While wiring the module to the target, I set:

• module.triple = target.triple

• module.data_layout = str(target_machine.target_data)

For module.triple, I added a small try/except to fall back to llvm.get_default_triple() if the attribute isn’t available.
Can I use try/except or should I prefer a simpler unconditional module.triple = llvm.get_default_triple() (no try/except).
