Determine metadata database to use #18
Description
We need to record metadata for the passive acoustic dataset being processed. There are different options available and we need to determine which one makes the most sense for pam-cloud.
The options are:

- Tethys: database system developed by Marie Roch. It is an implementation of the ASA/ANSI Standard for Acoustic Metadata for Passive Acoustic
Monitoring. - Create our own database system
We can use this issue to list the pros and cons of each option and decide which way to go.
