Asset License (All Rights Reserved)

All game assets, including but not limited to art, music, sound effects, characters, and any other creative content included in this repository, are not licensed under the MIT License. These assets are provided solely for use in conjunction with the Software, and all rights are reserved by ascpixi.

Usage Restrictions

  • You may not use, copy, modify, merge, publish, distribute, sublicense, or sell copies of the game assets independently of the Software.
  • You may not create derivative works based on the game assets or the combined game (code + assets) without explicit permission.
  • You may use the assets as they are intended within the context of the original game, provided that they remain part of the Software and are not extracted, reused, or redistributed separately.

Creating Derivative Works

If you wish to create derivative works based on the game (including modifications to the code or use of the assets), you must obtain explicit permission from ascpixi. I am open to collaboration and encourage you to reach out if you have ideas or projects in mind.
