The admissions officer and administrator should be able to close admissions, to end the application process.
Enhancements
- Create a close admissions button
- A click of the button should close admissions (Implement a trigger)
Test Criteria
- Applicants should not be able to apply or submit applications when admissions is closed
- Admin user should get a notification on the status on closing admissions
