Unmet peer version for typescript resulting in error in compiling

Hello! When I tried to compile the example code, I ran into this error:

Prior to that, during the install, I got this warning so I was sure it was due to a mismatch in versions:

In order to compile without error, I updated the package-lock.json to 5.2.2 as suggested.
