Preference pane with app list configuration

Use add-on preference pane to customize which apps show up in the grid

Remember the sequence

Drag and drop sequence is now remembered using simple-storage across restarts

Now with drag and drop

Icon positions in the panel can be changed by dragging and dropping them around.

Locations are not saved yet. That coming in a future release.
