Links to author

The plugin author is not linked, but the reviews are linked to the author's WordPress.org profile. What is the expected or correct behavior in this case?

I guess we will have to continue linking to w.org profile links until we have profiles on our system and the authors have actually signed up and published the same plugin. For now we have to retain w.org profile links for any plugins mirrored from w.org.

Just so we have consistency, we should handle both the plugin author and review links the same way
