Add demo data for the first run

The first time the application runs, we should enter some demo data. That data would automatically go away as soon as the user enters some real info.

There should be a banner on the first screen explaining that this data will go away. But users usually don't read, so make it clear.

Care need to be taken about the ability of the user to edit (or not) demo data.
