For historical reasons, the API is deployed with the web application. This has became a bad design choice, and we should make it external (https://github.com/astrolabsoftware/fink-object-api) to ease the development of both the web app and the API.

It is time to switch to https://api.fink-portal.org! Do not forget to update the documentation (warn users).
