Let's define our goals for AsyncAPI in 2026.

I think it's critical we focus on just one or two goals, maximum. Two is actually a lot I'd say. If we try to do too much, we'll end up accomplishing very little across the board. The goal we decide on needs to be a real game-changer for us.

Beyond just defining the goal, we have to agree on how we'll know if we're making progress. I'm not talking about fancy metrics or targets that can hold us back. I'm talking about knowing when the day-to-day work starts to feel different, when we have more people stepping up to help, and when the bus factor is no longer a major concern. It's about knowing we're on the right track.
