AsyncAPI Conf 2025 Logo Update

We need a new logo design for 2025 as we rebranded to "AsyncAPI Conference or AsyncAPI Conf". The logo will be used on the website for promotional content and banners.

P.S. The logo should not have a year attached to it, but we can have a logo that can be customized.

2. Try some design variations, but using the brand guidelines
