Let's not do that again

Just finished rebuilding this repo from the old, transferring over all existing releases and issues.

For better or worse, the PRs are not transferable.

The branches in this repo are as they were before in the previous repo.

In short, I completely goofed on attempts to batch automate some upcoming work to switch all maintained projects over to a new "oldstable" Go release. Instead of trying to back everything out I opted to shutdown the old repo and move over what I could.

The unfortunate downside is that while the content was mostly saved, the GH issues were renumbered breaking external references to them. I've not dug into whether inter-repo references were automatically sorted as part of the transfer process, but I suspect not.
