purpose

• reporting bugs brings unintended behaviors in Athens to everyones attention

current state

• bugs can be posted directly as an issue to the issue board
• a hint to report bugs is linked in the welcome channel of our discord
• there is no guide to bug reporting in the handbook

notes

• might want to consider giving all permissions to add labels and provide a guide on which labels are appropriate and useful to use (ie dont use priority labels which are used by core team)
• would be nice to report bugs from within Athens
