Description

trailing whitespace not removed in an ruby file, code:

    assert_predicate testpath/"testchain/geth/chaindata/000001.log", :exist?, 
                     "Failed to create log file"

Steps to Reproduce

1. on OSX atom test.rb
2. add

assert_predicate testpath/"testchain/geth/chaindata/000001.log", :exist?, 
                 "Failed to create log file"

3. safe

Expected behavior: trailing whitespace is removed

Actual behavior: trailing whitespace is not removed

Reproduces how often: 100%
