CSL 1.0.2 introduces some new types and fields (including a software type).

I have an up-to-date version here: https://adam3smith.github.io/z2csl/typeMap.xml -- still trying to figure out whether to merge this pack here of just use the fork.
note that Zotero hasn't done much updating for 1.0.2, so e.g. software isn't mapped properly yet.
