trees growing on sand and in water

It's kinda ruining our lakes when the trees just spawn in the water, and players dont want to claim the lake just to keep the trees from growing there.

Thanks for the report. What biome is that water in? What versions of minecraft and floristics are you running?

Seems to be happening in every biome with one block deep water, as trees have been growing in the tiny ponds at my house too. When I get a chance I will log on and tell you what biomes specifically

minecraft:forest, additionally, grass grows back way too much inside of minecraft:plains

Thanks! The latest version hasn't been updated for 1.16 compatibility yet so that's most likely why. For now I'd suggest disabling Floristics if the weird behaviour is causing problems, hopefully a 1.16 update will be along sooner or later.
